Weight Loss

 My weight loss began in March of 2012.  I was really saddened and upset when I found some pictures of myself from a recent wedding.  I was graduating from college in a few months and decided I wanted to make some changes for myself.



 I began eating low carb, or on Atkins and continued to eat this way for 2 Months.  In those two months I managed to lose 30 pounds.  


When I graduated school, went on vacation and started my new job, I found it hard to balance the low carb life style with my consistently changing life.  I ended up gaining back about 15 pounds.  In January 2013, I joined weight watchers, which was by far the smartest thing I've done for my health this far in my life.

As you can see the rest of this page isn't quite built out.  My weight is a work in progress and will continue to change as I find things that work for me. Stay tuned!
