This weeks weight loss: - 3 pounds
Total Weight Loss: 24.1 pounds
Well, I said I was going to lose the 3 pounds I needed to reach my weight watchers goal. I said it-- and I did it! I worked hard and made some tough food choices but I did it. I had said last week that my weigh in for work was this week too-- I weighed in and lost 11 pounds according to their scale. I know that they're scale isn't the same as mine because I weighed in originally a few pounds heavier than the one at home. Regardless I lost weight. And more weight than some of my teammates which I'm excited about.
This week was tough. I killed it at the gym. I love having my heart rate monitor and being able to see exactly what I'm doing and how its affecting the rate of calories burned. Its totally and immediately gratifying. I may be tired and sore, but to see 6,000 calories burned for the week makes me do this:

I'm proud of my 3 pounds this week. It helped me get past the mental block of 20 pounds and not keep teetering around that marker. I'm ready to crush 25 this week and start chipping my way closer to 30 (again!). Plus my sister promised a new Gelish color if i lost 25 pounds!

Total Weight Loss: -24.1 pounds
One of theses months I will reach my weight loss goal for the month. Both January and February came up shy. I feel like I have had 1 bad week because of travel or whatever each month which has caused me to not lose what I'd want to. This month NOTHING will stop me. I will get to my 10 pound goal. I know HOW to stick to the plan, Now I just need to do it! And I can do it!!
In other news, I had 2 diet bet games going on-- both of which ended today! And guess what! I came in well under my weight-- so assuming my weight gets approved I'll have lost the bet of 4%! I'm so thrilled that the hard work paid off and I'm ready to start another game!
