Weekly Weigh In: February Week 4



Weight loss this week: -2.2
Total Weight Loss: 21.1 pounds

I'm proud of this weeks weight loss.  I worked hard.  I mean HARD for those 2.2 pounds.  I was at the gym 5 times this week all with about 1,000 + calorie burns.   My eating was pretty much on point this week with the exception of a Gob at the beginning of the week-- and a piece of chocolate cake at the end of the week. But they fit within my points so I'm okay with that.

This week i'm working on the 3.2 pounds I need to lose to be at my first big milestone for weight watchers.  That was the goal they gave me the first week and a Month later I'm still not there.  Well lets get it right-- I will work my butt off to get myself closer to that number.  I'm motivated and mostly pissed off I'm not there yet.

My weigh in for the weight race mid point is this week.  I'll be weighing in with clothes on Wednesday or Thursday  Yay for progress before I weigh in!
